Dawn Ellen Kirkland
Since 1995 when Dawn Ellen was first introduced to yoga while living in New York City, she has been joyfully exploring the vast array of yoga traditions through studying and practicing the hatha styles of Bikram, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Power Yoga and Anusara, as well as the tradition of Kundalini. Her positive and warm teaching style naturally blends these beautiful traditions with a focus on a vinyasa that draws deep inspiration from the Anusara tradition. Anusara (which is Sanskrit for “to flow with grace”, “to go with the flow”, or “to follow your heart”) is a hatha yoga based on the Tantric philosophy which recognizes the inherent goodness and abundance in all and taps into this goodness with positive intention both on and off the yoga mat.
Before teaching yoga, Dawn Ellen was an Outward Bound instructor for ten years and led thousands of students on expeditions around the world. She also holds a Masters degree in Experiential Education and thrives on creating and leading students through experiences that are life-affirming and life-changing. Artfully blending her yogic background with her experiential education background, Dawn Ellen’s yoga classes energetically invite students to challenge themselves during their experience on the yoga mat in ways that can open them to their highest potential and encourage them to follow their bliss.

Pilates was created over 100 years ago by Joseph Pilates as an exercise system designed to increase strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and control. One doesn’t just simply move their body in a Pilates workout; there is a mindful emphasis on breath, flow, and precise form in every movement. This mental focus combined with the physical intensity of a Pilates workout will lead to an enhanced awareness of muscle function, improved aesthetics, increased athletic performance, injury prevention and stress reduction.

Randy Bourgoin
Randy has been in the Fitness Industry for over 8 years. He has held positions in Sales Manager, Assistant Manager, Manager, and as a Personal Trainer. These positions were held with some of the leaders in the industry. He also is currently working with a chiropractor performing dynamic functional assessments and educating and teaching clients exercises.
His goal is to educate and show people purposeful or “functional” training. The body uses groups of muscles. Isolating one muscle at a time is not natural and goes against what our bodies do everyday which may create muscle imbalances and can lead to injury. Randy teaches clients exercises that mimic motor patterns used each day which will improve the way the body moves in our hectic lives.
